Here's a look at some of the stories we're covering today: Rock Hall to open library the facility will be co-located with Cuyahoga Community College's creative arts programs. Among the artifacts that will be on display are Jim Morrison's first poem as well as letters from the Grateful Dead, Whitney Houston, and Patti Smith. Gas prices are up 6 cents from last week. The new average price in Ohio for a gallon of regular unleaded is $2.60 a gallon, lower than the national average of $2.71. Smoking complaints down Ohio health officials say that the number of complaints against businesses for violating the no-smoking law have dropped from 21,604 in 2007 to 9,228 in 2009. Olympic Update The US dropped a barnburner against Canada 3-2 in overtime to give Canada the gold in men's hockey. Petter Northug of Norway took gold in the men's 50km mass start cross country race. The US won the overall medal count with a record 37, followed by Germany with 30 and Canada with 26. Canada took home the most gold medals with 14.
