Essa remained silent during the sentencing. His attorneys are planning an appeal. Obama coming to NEO The location is not yet confirmed, but President Barack Obama will be coming to Northeast Ohio on Monday. He is expected to be introduced by Natoma Canfield, whose letter to the President about health care reform was read at a White House briefing last week. Cleveland schools approve restructuring 18 schools will close under the plan, including South and East high schools. The goal is to increase achievement while consolidating schools that are underutilized.
