Here's a look at some of the stories we're covering today: Kucinich announces vote on health care bill Congressmen Kucinich will vote yes on the health care proposal. He said that he still has doubts about the bill, but that after talking to President Obama and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi he decided to change his vote from his original stance in opposition. It's party time! The 143rd Cleveland St. Patrick's Day parade steps off at 1:04 PM today at Superior and East 18th. It will head down Superior to East Roadway at Public Square, then head to Rockwell Avenue before ending at Rockwell and East 6th. If you're heading down there today, please be safe! Arrangements set for slain Elyria officer Visiting hours for Officer James Kerstetter are scheduled for 2 to 9 PM Thursday and Friday at the Bauer-Laubenthal Funeral Home located at 38475 Chestnut Ridge Road in Elyria. The funeral is tentatively set for Saturday at 10 AM at the Ewing Center on the campus of Lorain County Community College. A funeral home official told the Lorain Morning Journal that he expects the services to be open to the public. A fund has been set up in Kerstetter's name, and donations may be made at any FirstMerit Bank. Kerstetter was killed in the line of duty Monday night.
