Here's a look at some of the stories we're covering today: Death row inmate overdosed to avoid execution according to state records. Lawrence Reynolds Jr., who was executed on March 16, apparently tried to deny the state the chance to execute him by overdosing on prescription antidepressants that he had stockpiled. Lightning ruled the cause of church fire Fire officials confirmed their findings using surveillance video from a building across the street from the Euclid Avenue Congregational Church, which went up in flames Tuesday morning. The church bell and some other artifacts were saved, but the building was completely destroyed. Spring Concert!
