Here's a look at some of the stories we're covering today:

Bone Thugs-N-Jail Well, one of them anyways. Stanley Howse aka Flesh-N-Bone was arrested on an outstanding warrant dating back to 1998. He is accused of hitting his mother with a gun. Howse was arrested at a Bone Thugs reunion show at the Cleveland House of Blues.

If at first you don't succeed... Try try again. That's the attitude that the state of Ohio is taking toward getting stimulus money for education. Ohio was left out in the first round of the grant competition but will be filing another application before the June 1st deadline for the next round of grants.

Ohio won't challenge health care Attorney General Richard Cordray said that he will not join 13 other state Attorneys General in suing the federal government to get the health care packaged signed into law last week overturned as unconstitutional. Cordray said he believes that the lawsuits do not have merit. He had received request from 8 Republican members of the Ohio Congressional Delegation and 21 Republican members of the Ohio Senate requesting that he join the lawsuit.
