Here's a look at some of the stories we're covering today: Thomas Moyer to lie in state today The late Ohio Chief Justice's family will accept visitors at the Ohio Supreme Court building today from 10 AM to 7 PM. Moyer died last Friday at the age of 70 after suffering from gastrointestinal problems. No agreement at Hugo Boss Union leaders were unable to come to terms with Hugo Boss during a meeting with a federal mediator yesterday. More than 375 jobs hang in the balance. The next meeting is on April 21st. Boccieri expecting his fifth child John Boccieri (D-OH 16) and his wife are expecting to have "either a boy or a girl" this Fall. However, the child's due date is November 2, which happens to be Election Day. All four of the couple's previous children were born on their due dates, and if the fifth is as well it could render Boccieri unable to do any last-minute campaigning.
