Snow! a Winter Storm Warning is still in effect for Cuyahoga County until 10 PM tonight. The snow will continue to pile up throughout the afternoon, so take it slow if you're out on the roads today. If you're a high school student, enjoy your snow day! If you're a college student, have fun griping about how you didn't get a snow day.

More auto jobs coming to NEO This time, it's Ford announcing that they will add 60 jobs at their facility in Brook Park. The plant will be making a fuel efficient V6 engine for the Ford Mustang.

Smoking ban overturned in Franklin County A judge ruled in favor of a Columbus bar that argued that it could not be held responsible for its patrons' actions. State health officials are appealing, and if they are unsuccessful, it could mean the beginning of the end of the smoking ban.

Olympic Update The US women's hockey team fell to Canada 2-0 in the gold medal game, but the Canadian team is under investigation by the IOC after drinking beer and champagne and smoking cigars on the ice while in uniform and wearing their medals after the game. Kim Yu-Na took the gold in women's figure skating, and Canadian Joanie Rochette took bronze just days after her mother passed away. The US still leads the medal count with 32. Medals will be handed out today in women's slalom, men's 4x7.5km biathlon relay, women's curling, the short track men's 500m individual and 5000m relay and the women's 1000m, and the women's parallel snowboarding giant slalom.

More snow! A Winter Storm Warning will be in effect starting at 4 PM today. Forecasters are expecting up to 15 inches of snow in some areas. Tune in to The Morning Buzz tomorrow for a complete list of school closings.

Corruption probe arrest Nicholas Zavarella is expected to plead guilty to conspiracy to commit extortion. Prosecutors accused Zavarella of doing work on County Commissioner Jimmy Dimora's house in exchange for jobs for his relatives. Dimora is not specifically named in the complaint, but the Plain Dealer reports that the identity of "Public Official 1" in the complaint matches that of Dimora.

We're miserable! At least that's what Forbes Magazine thinks of Cleveland. It named our fair city the most miserable city in America, citing our "high unemployment, high taxes, lousy weather, corruption by public officials and crummy sports teams (Cavaliers excepted)." Cleveland+ has fired back, launching whattheforbes.com to highlight the better parts of Cleveland.

Olympic Update The USA took home bronze medals in women's 3000m short track relay and women's bobsled yesterday, and the US men's hockey team knocked out Switzerland by a 2-0 count. It's a big day today, as the US women's hockey team takes on Canada for the gold at 6:30 PM eastern in what is a clash of the titans in women's hockey. Medals will also be awarded today in women's figure skating, women's giant slalom, women's 4x5km cross country relay, men's freestyle skiing aerials, and individual large hill nordic combined.

Demjanjuk trial Former Soviet soldier Alex Nagorny testified yesterday that he was asked to work for the Nazis while he was in a concentration camp, but that he didn't know that he would be forced to work as a death camp guard. John Demjanjuk denies being a death camp guard, but the defense is trying to show that many of those who served at Sobibor had no choice.

Portman leads Dems in Senate race Lieutenant Governor Lee Fisher leads Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner 29-20 among Democrats, but Republican candidate Rob Portman leads both of them in head to head polling. The Quinnipiac University poll released today showed Portman ahead of Fisher 40-37 and Brunner 40-35.

Capitol statue finalists The finalists to become the subjects of a new statue representing Ohio at the US Capitol are the Wright Brothers, Thomas Edison, Jesse Owens, polio vaccine developer Albert Sabin, astronaut Judith Resnik, President Ulysses S. Grant, abolitionist and author Harriet Beecher Stowe, women's suffrage advocate Harriet Taylor Upton, and former congressmen James Ashley and William McCulloch.

Olympic update Team USA took the silver in team large hill nordic combined yesterday and now leads the medal count by 3 over Germany with 26. Medals will be handed out today in women's giant slalom, women's bobsled, men's 4x10km, men's freestyle skiing aerials, women's 3000m short track, and women's 5000m speed skating

Strickland back on top A Quinnipiac University poll released this morning shows incumbent Ted Strickland leading John Kasich 44-39 in the race for Governor. There are still 15 percent undecided and the margin of error was +/- 2.4 points. This race has the potential to go right down to the wire, so get ready for those campaign ads!

Cafaro contribution flap State Senator Capri Cafaro's father admitted to violating campaign finance law by loaning $10,000 to Cafaro's campaign chairman in 2004. Federal prosecutors charged John Cafaro with making a false statement in regard to the loan. Cafaro's attorney says he plans to plead guilty and faces up to five years in prison.

New shift in Lordstown GM will announce this afternoon that it is starting a 3rd shift at the Lordstown plant. It should result in the creation of 1,200 jobs. The Lordstown factories will build the new Chevrolet Cruze.

Free Pancakes! at IHOP until 10 PM tonight as a part of National Pancake Day. They are, however, collecting donations for the Children's Miracle Network.

Olympic Update The US women's hockey team made short work of Sweden yesterday, beating them 9-1 yesterday en route to the gold medal game against Canada on Thursday. Kelli Stack of Brooklyn Heights scored a goal and had an assist. The Canadian team of Tessa Virtue and Scott Moir took home gold in ice dancing. The US leads the medal count with 25. Medals will be handed out today in men's giant slalom, women's biathlon 4x6 km relay, women's ski cross, team large hill nordic combined, and men's 10,000m speed skating.

Gas Prices are up from last week. AAA says that a gallon of regular unleaded averages $2.54 a gallon, up 8 cents from a week ago.

New Credit Card Laws go into effect today. The laws are intended to protect consumers from sudden interest rate hikes and excessive fees by barring rate hikes on existing balances and placing limits on fees. The banks are responding by increasing the fees that they can add, including inactivity fees.

Olympic Update The US Men's Hockey Team upset Canada 5-3 last night. The women play Sweden tonight in the semifinals. Medals will be given out in cross-country skiing, and ski jumping.
